Account

Go to the Register page, fill in your full legal name, Philippine mobile number, email address, and date of birth, then create a password. You'll receive an OTP on your mobile number to verify the account. After that, complete the KYC (identity verification) step by uploading a valid government-issued ID. Registration is free and takes just a few minutes.

Players must be 21 years old or above to register and play on ph357. Age is verified during the KYC process. Accounts found to belong to underage individuals will be closed immediately and any balance forfeited. There are no exceptions.

No. ph357 operates a strict one-account-per-player policy. Creating multiple accounts is a violation of the platform's terms and will result in all accounts being suspended. If you've lost access to your existing account, contact the support team at [email protected] for help with recovery.

ph357 accepts the following Philippine government-issued IDs for KYC:
  • Philippine passport
  • Driver's license
  • Unified Multi-Purpose ID (UMID)
  • PhilSys national ID
The name and date of birth on your ID must match exactly what you provided at registration. Discrepancies will delay or reject your verification.

Contact ph357 support at [email protected] with your registered mobile number or email address and a valid ID. The team will verify your identity and walk you through the account recovery process. Do not share your credentials with anyone – ph357 staff will never ask for your password or OTP.

Deposits & Withdrawals

ph357 operates entirely in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). All deposits, bets, winnings, and withdrawals are processed in PHP. There is no currency conversion required for Filipino players, which means no hidden exchange fees.

ph357 supports deposits in PHP via Philippine bank transfer (online/mobile banking) and local e-wallets. GCash and Maya are examples of local e-wallets that may be available as deposit channels. Visit the Deposit page after logging in to see the current payment options available for your account.

No. ph357 does not accept credit cards or cryptocurrency for betting deposits or wagering transactions. Accepted methods are limited to PHP bank transfers and supported local e-wallets. This is in line with Philippine market standards for online gaming payments.

Withdrawal processing times vary depending on the payment channel and whether your account KYC is fully verified. Completing identity verification speeds up withdrawal processing significantly. For the most accurate and current information on withdrawal timelines, please contact the support team at [email protected].

Security

ph357 uses SSL encryption for all data transmitted between your device and the platform's servers. Passwords are stored using modern hashing and are never readable. Every login requires OTP verification via your registered Philippine mobile number, adding a second layer of protection. Your personal information is handled in line with ph357's Privacy Policy.

Contact ph357 support immediately at [email protected]. Describe what you've noticed – unfamiliar login activity, balance discrepancies, or any messages you didn't send. The team can temporarily freeze your account during an investigation. After regaining access, change your password and check your registered mobile number and email for phishing attempts.

Never. ph357 support staff will never ask for your password, OTP, or any sensitive credentials under any circumstances. If you receive a message from someone claiming to be ph357 support and asking for these details, it is a scam. Do not respond – report it to [email protected] right away.

No. ph357 does not guarantee winnings, and no online gaming platform legitimately can. All games and betting markets carry inherent risk. Wins are never guaranteed and losses are a real possibility. ph357 encourages players to set a budget they are comfortable losing, play within that limit, and view gaming as entertainment rather than a financial strategy.
